Q: How do I join?
A: Just register your mobile phone number for free on our Loyalty Program Tablet at any participating store and start earning points today. No need for membership cards, just use your mobile number to transact every time you visit Chatime.

Q: What are Chatime points? Do the points expire?
A: Chatime points are earned when you buy from Chatime. Use the points towards food items and drinks from Chatime. Accumulated Chatime points expires every March 31 of the following year.

Q: How do I collect points?
A: Earn 10% cashback for food items and drinks that you purchase at any participating Chatime store.

Example: Get 10 points for every purchase of a Chatime drink worth P100.

Q: How do I check my points?
A: Visit any participating Chatime store and enter your cellphone number in the Loyalty System Tablet to check.

Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Your points are as good as cash so you can redeem/use them to conveniently pay for purchases, 1 Point = 1 Peso. You need to have enough points to pay for your entire bill. Splitting of payment is not allowed.

Q: What happens if I lose my number?
A: You need a working mobile number to redeem your points. In case your old number is no longer accessible, points can be transferred to your new number. Visit any of the participating Chatime stores to make the request.
